I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel recently as part of a surprise gift for my husband, and I must say it was truly one of the most memorable weekends of the year. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that defined our stay. The Atrium Suite, with its stunning view, was undoubtedly a highlight for me. I found myself waking up early just to savor the serene beauty of the Atrium from the balcony—a moment of peace and calm that I cherished deeply. My husband was equally delighted, particularly by the unparalleled comfort of the bed, which was of exceptional quality. The thoughtful gesture of the welcome pastry in our room, paired with the personalized message displayed on the screen, truly added a magical touch to our experience. It brought him so much joy and made our stay feel incredibly special—an unforgettable "cherry on top" moment. As someone who has worked in the luxury industry, I deeply value the essence of true luxury, which lies in meticulous attention to detail and a profound understanding of client needs. Your team exemplified this flawlessly, catering to every aspect of our stay with care and precision. Additionally, the breakfast was superb, offering high-quality food that perfectly complemented the overall experience. One of the many highlights of our stay was the hotel’s exceptional location. Being so close to the Christmas market allowed us to explore the city entirely on foot, making the experience even more magical. Wandering through the festive streets, with the enchanting holiday atmosphere all around, truly gave us the perfect vacation vibes.

Fantastic service, perfect location. Beautiful hotel. Indoor pool with sauna and steam room was used daily and most appreciated. Filtered water stations with sparkling or still water available at all times on each floor was enjoyed too. I had mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and arrived to find a message and a wonderful mousse cake in our our suite. Another day arrived to find a selection of exquisite chocolates and a message. Breakfast was in the centre of the hotel with the roof being an enormous skylight bathing the area in natural light. The stay was for 7 nights and had impeccable service throughout. Highly recommended.

The Dorothea hotel was perfect during our winter trip to Budapest. The location was perfect in the middle of everything so all the sites were walkable. The room was beautiful and very relaxing to come back to after a long day of exploring. The staff was very helpful getting taxi rides to parts of the cities and early morning ride to the airport. We would definitely stay here again and will tell friends to stay here!

We LOVED our atrium view. It was nice having the atrium because you felt like you could sit on your outside balcony while still being warm as it is indoors. Everything about the stay was incredible. Will 100% be staying here again!
